Description: Is it possible? You bet! First, we aged our Dominican Republic cocoa beans in brandy barrels for four months. Then, we made a super smooth 76% cocoa dark chocolate base that was later refined with cocoa butter. We then infused the chocolate with St. Germain Elderflower liquor & Don Julio Tequila Blanco. Finally, like on any Margarita, we added a touch of sea salt.
