Description: We aged our Peruvian cocoa beans in rum barrels for a few months. Then, we refined the Peruvian nibs with cocoa butter and infused the final extra dark chocolate with premium rum. We then decided to age the rum chocolate once again for an additional 9 months.
Notes: Smooth earthy extra dark chocolate with hints of dark berries, well-rounded, long-lasting finish with nutty undertones.
