Nibble Chocolate began with one simple idea: to create real, delicious chocolate that everyone can enjoy—without compromise. Since 2013, we’ve been a family-owned chocolate maker in San Diego, proudly crafting small-batch, vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, and organic chocolate bars from scratch.
We didn’t want to just make chocolate. We wanted to make chocolate better—more honest, more sustainable, and more inclusive. That meant saying no to artificial ingredients, dairy, and allergens, and yes to clean, plant-based ingredients and ethical sourcing.
Our chocolate is made the slow, intentional way: by hand, in small batches, right here in San Diego. Every bar starts from the cocoa bean, giving us full control over quality, flavor, and transparency. We believe that when chocolate is made right, a little goes a long way—so our philosophy has always been: nibble, don’t gobble.
