You’ll find deep cocoa notes layered with hints of roasted nuts, a subtle fruitiness, and a natural sweetness that lingers long after the last bite.

Description: We made a super smooth 70% Madagascar cocoa dark chocolate base that was later refined with cocoa butter and infused with mango. At tempering additional mango were added for a crunchiness texture.
Notes: Smooth fruity dark chocolate, well-rounded acidity, long-lasting finish with crunchy mango undertones.

A Process Rooted in Fine Chocolate Craft
Our chocolate begins with organic cacao beans roasted gently to reveal their full aromatic profile. Once roasted, the nibs are stone-ground with organic cane sugar, allowing the flavors to unfold slowly and naturally.
Over several hours, the chocolate develops its texture and depth. After resting, it is tempered to achieve a clean shine, a crisp snap, and a melt that feels silky on the palate. Each bar is then hand-poured and finished in our San Diego workshop.
