Description: First, we aged our Dominican Republic cocoa beans in bourbon barrels for a few months. Then, we made a super smooth 70% cocoa dark chocolate base that was later refined with cocoa butter and infused with premium bourbon. We then decided to age the bourbon chocolate once again in the bourbon barrels and finally, we’d like to share it with you.
Notes:  Smooth earthy dark chocolate with hints of dark berries, well-rounded, long-lasting finish with nutty undertones.

Description: We aged our Peruvian cocoa beans in rum barrels for a few months. Then, we refined the Peruvian nibs with cocoa butter and infused the final extra dark chocolate with premium rum. We then decided to age the rum chocolate once again for an additional 11 months.
Notes: Full bodied creaminess, spices and everlasting smoothness, sweet then bitter rum finish.
